TruForge Homes builds custom and move-in ready homes across Cabarrus and Rowan County, North Carolina, on homesites big enough to breathe.
What we do
We build two kinds of homes. Some are finished or nearly finished, ready to tour and buy the way you would buy any other house. The rest are built to order on a homesite you pick in one of our communities, designed around the way your family actually lives.
Current TruForge homes run from $390K to $1M+ across Concord, Kannapolis, Salisbury, Cabarrus County, Rowan County.
Where we build
Laurel Crest in Kannapolis holds 61 wooded homesites from one to seven acres, minutes from Irish Creek Golf Club. Cold Springs in Concord is a gated enclave of five estate homesites of six to seven acres each off Highway 73. We also build in-town homes in downtown Concord and near High Rock Lake in Salisbury.
How we work
Our team is small enough that the people who price your home are the people who walk it during framing. Allowances are written in dollars before we break ground, changes get approved in writing, and you get weekly photo updates without having to chase anyone.
What we stand behind
Every TruForge home carries a written warranty: one year on workmanship and materials, two years on installed systems, and ten years structural. We come back at 30 days and again at 11 months to walk the home with you.
