Our commitment

We want every visitor to be able to browse homes, read plans, and contact us regardless of ability or the assistive technology they use. Accessibility is treated as a requirement of this site, not an add-on.

Conformance status

This website is designed and built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice in its 2024 web accessibility rule under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act. We review conformance on an ongoing basis.

Measures we take

• Semantic HTML with a single main landmark and a logical heading order on every page
• Text and interface colors tested to meet or exceed AA contrast ratios
• Descriptive alternative text on every meaningful image; decorative images are hidden from screen readers
• Full keyboard operability with visible focus indicators on every interactive element
• Form fields with programmatically associated labels, plus clear error and success messaging
• Touch targets sized at least 44 by 44 pixels on mobile
• Responsive layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels wide
• No pop-ups, interstitials, or registration walls blocking access to content

Known limitations

Some photographs and floor plan images originate from third-party listing sources. Where a plan image conveys information, we describe that information in adjacent text so it is available to screen reader users. If you find content that is not accessible, we want to hear about it.

Assessment approach

This site is evaluated through a combination of automated testing, manual keyboard and screen reader review, and color contrast verification during development and on an ongoing basis after launch.
