Listings, plans, and pricing
Home prices, availability, square footage, lot sizes, specifications, floor plans, and renderings are provided for general reference and are subject to change without notice. Square footage figures are approximate and may be measured differently than an appraiser would measure them. Renderings and photographs may show optional features, upgrades, or landscaping not included in the base price.
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or a contract. Only a written purchase or construction agreement signed by both parties creates any obligation.
Forms and submissions
Submitting a form does not reserve a home or a homesite and does not create a client or agency relationship. Please do not submit confidential financial information through this site.
Warranty information
Warranty descriptions on this site are summaries. The written warranty document delivered at closing is the governing agreement, and its terms control.

The TruForge Homes name, logo, floor plan designs, photographs, and site content are owned by TruForge Homes or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent.
