Why us
Built with strength. Designed for family.
Plenty of builders can put up a house in Cabarrus County. Here is what is different about doing it with TruForge Homes.
How we compare to a production builder
| TruForge Homes | Typical production builder | |
|---|---|---|
| Homesite | One to seven wooded acres | A sixth of an acre, ten feet from the neighbor |
| Allowances | Written in dollars in your contract | Vague and settled at the design center |
| Supervision | Owner-led, on site weekly | Rotating project managers |
| Plan changes | Priced and welcomed | Locked after the model home tour |
| Who you call | A person who knows your address | A regional service queue |
We build where we live
Concord, Kannapolis, Salisbury, and the rest of Cabarrus and Rowan County are not a market entry for us, they are home. We know which soils perc, which lots need a walkout, and which inspectors want what. That local knowledge is why our schedules hold.
Acreage is the whole point
Our communities are built on real land: one to seven acres at Laurel Crest, six to seven at Cold Springs. That means room for a pool, a detached shop, a garden, or nothing at all except trees. You cannot add land to a house later.
The number you are quoted is the number
Every allowance is written in dollars before we break ground. If you upgrade, you approve the price in writing first. There is no design-center ambush, and no line item appears on a closing statement that you have not already seen and signed.
Straightforward from the first click
You should not have to create an account to look at a photo of a house. Every listing on this site shows full photos, square footage, lot size, and price with no login, no saved search requirement, and no registration pop-up. We would rather earn the conversation than trap the contact.
See if we are the right builder for you
One conversation, no pressure. Worst case, you leave knowing more about building in Cabarrus County than you did this morning.
