We collect only what you type into a form on this site. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies, we do not run third-party ad pixels, and we never sell your information.
Information you give us
When you submit a form, we receive the name, email address, phone number, area of interest, timeline, and message you entered. We use it for one purpose: to respond to your request and, if you ask us to, to continue the conversation about buying or building a home.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including the requested page, time, and general request data, for security and reliability. We also count page views in an anonymous, cookie-free way, with no personal identifiers and no cross-site tracking. This site sets no advertising, analytics, or social media cookies, so no cookie consent banner is required.
How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with service providers that operate this website and our email on our behalf, and only as needed to deliver your message, or when required by law.
Email communication
We send email in response to your request. If we ever send an update or announcement, it will include a working unsubscribe link and honor opt-outs promptly, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act. Replying "stop" to a text or asking us by email or phone to stop contacting you also works.
Data retention and security
We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to serve you and meet recordkeeping obligations. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please do not send financial account numbers or Social Security numbers through this website.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by emailing support@truforgehomes.com. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by default, since we do no cross-site tracking to begin with.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the revised version here with an updated date.
