Our communities

Two TruForge Homes communities, both built on real acreage instead of packed subdivision lots. Reserve a homesite, pick a plan, and we build it around how your family lives.

Laurel Crest — Kannapolis, NC

Wooded acreage minutes from Irish Creek Golf Club

Laurel Crest is our flagship community in Kannapolis: 61 homesites on one to seven acres, each one wooded, private, and large enough for a pool, a shop, or a multi-generational layout.

Homes here start at $600,000 and are built to order on your chosen lot. Septic and well service keeps the estate feel intact, and Irish Creek Golf Club, I-85, and downtown Kannapolis are all a short drive away.

Homesites: 61
Lot sizes: 1 to 7 acres

Cold Springs — Concord, NC

A gated enclave of five estate homesites off Highway 73

Cold Springs is small on purpose. Five homesites, six to seven acres each, behind a gated entry off Highway 73 in Concord.

Every home here is custom built from the ground up, starting at $600,000, on septic and well. It is estate living with Concord Mills, downtown Concord, and I-85 still close at hand.
